Welcome to Food & Nutrition at NaturalTeacher.com! Research has shown that a healthy diet full of nutritious live foods is perhaps the single most important thing we can do to live a long and healthy life. As I have studied nutrition over the years, I have discovered that our diets have a huge impact of the status of our health. I learned that many diseases are directly related to our diets and stressful lifestyle. I want to do everything I can to live a long and healthy life and I hope to teach this to my children as well. I have learned about the harmful chemicals that are in so many of the processed and pre-packaged foods available today. We are taking in too many toxins and chemicals (thanks to the food manufacturers who are more interested in profits than consumers) and not getting enough proper nutrients for our bodies to function properly. A diet based on fresh, organic foods is ideal for our children and ourselves. Just take it one day at a time and start off with realistic changes that you can make. |
