Hello, my name is Heather, and I am the mother of four wonderful children.
Over the past few years, I have spent a great deal of time reading and
researching natural living in an effort to create the healthiest environment
for my family.

I am a certified teacher, an educational assessor for the state of Ohio, and
an independent researcher. I also work with families to help them make wise
and safe choices when it comes to matters affecting their children, their
household, and their environment.

My desire for this website is to make the information that I have spent
years researching and learning available to those looking for answers or
guidance in the areas of health, wellness, and natural living. I will continue
to update this site with more information, as I am still on the journey.
